Construction Update

Here is a recent picture of our new construction, showing the frame of the second floor completed. Tomorrow a crane is coming in to put the roof on. Hope to show you some pictures soon.

Looking Forward

I can't wait to go skiing this Tues- Wed on JEPLI's ski retreat. Just can't decide whether to dki or board.
Hope to see everyone there. If you're not comin, oh well, we're have a cholent- making retreat in a few weeks, maybe you can make it to that.

At Camp Nageela we are constantly trying to improve our staff's quality and knowledge. The following is an excerpt from the new Camp Nageela Counselor Competence Exam:

The best way to ensure that your campers are on time for an activity is to:
a. Turn on your I'm a Jew CD really loud so that all the campers leave the bunk at once
b. Offer a free trip to Dougies for the first one out of the bunk
c. Offer a free frip to Ice Caves Mountain to the last one out of the bunk
d. Make the smoke detector go off.

All Nageela counselors are expected to score high on the CNCCEs, so stay tuned for more questions.

First kid arrives for Nageela '08

Mazel Tov.
A male kid was born today in Camp Nageela. Mommy and baby are
fine, although the kid needed some immediate medical attention for his
leg. May we share many simchas together. (rds)
